Join Fran for Pregnancy Yoga & Relaxation Classes, held in a nurturing and supportive space designed to guide you through every stage of your pregnancy journey. This class goes beyond movement — it’s about empowerment, preparation, and deep connection with your body and your baby.
Each session blends gentle, pregnancy-safe yoga with guided relaxation, meditation, hypnobirthing scripts, and practical birth preparation tips. The aim is to help you feel calm, confident, informed, and in control as you prepare for birth.
Whether you are a first-time parent or welcoming another baby, you will find emotional support, evidence-based information, and a warm, welcoming community. No previous yoga experience is required, and mats are provided.
