Juliet is an experienced BANT, CNHC & EFTi Registered Nutritionist & EFT Practitioner supporting mind & body with personalised nutrition, functional medicine, coaching & advanced level EFT Tapping. She has also worked as a senior nurse in the NHS for over 20yrs.

Juliet is highly trained and is able to support clients struggling with; STRESS, GUT ISSUES, HORMONAL IMBALANCES, LOW IMMUNITY, FATIGUE, INSOMNIA, FOOD CRAVINGS, as well as EMOTIONAL AND NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION. This combined holistic approach of nutrition and EFT tapping provides mental & wellbeing transformations. Juliet sees clients 1-2-1 for nutritional therapy, EFT Tapping, and also holds group sessions at Vital Village studio. She works with all ages.
