Join Sandi for 'Relax & Flow' Yoga. - a thoughtfully balanced class blending the breath-led, fluid movement of Vinyasa to build heat, flexibility and strength and the longer held poses of Hatha Yoga to support posture & alignment, whilst helping to calm the mind. Always ending each class with a beautiful guided Savasana (relaxation) All-levels welcome, Mats and props provided .
