Each session blends gentle pregnancy-safe yoga with guided meditations, hypnobirthing scripts, and practical tips for birth – helping you feel calm, confident, and in control. Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding to your family, you’ll find emotional support and evidence-based information in a warm, welcoming environment. No previous yoga experience needed and mats are provided.
